• There are 4 ways to register (I-Card, Email, Mobile and Google). If you have an I-Card, you are encouraged to use this method to get maximum benefit. The Mobile method is only supported for India mobile numbers.

• You can update your I-Card Email Address or Mobile Number by going to the I-Card tab and selecting ‘Update Contact Details’ from the menu. See the Update Contact Details Help Video.
• Please note that this can only be done for a Mahatma I-Card, not for a Temporary ID (Z-number).

• First check your Spam folder. If you don’t see it, press ‘Resend OTP’.
• If you have a Gmail address, use that. Sometimes other email providers block our verification emails.
• If you still do not receive an OTP, ‘Report an Issue’ so that we can look into it.

• If you live in India you can register using your mobile number. If you live outside of India you must register using an email address.

• Select ‘Other’ and enter your City in the next field.
